Kenneth A. Keefer started Keefer Consulting in 1989 and incorporated the company in 1991.  He worked previously for ten years as IT developer and project leader for a Fortune 500 company and several consulting firms, including Arthur Young and Company, where he served as Project Manager.  He received his M.B.A. from Temple University in 1979.

 

Ken has helped public companies and government agencies clarify business objectives for their information systems. He has developed strategic systems plans, business requirements, and business data models to develop consensus between managers and information systems implementers and improve project cost estimates.  Other consulting engagements have focused on improving business information quality and accessibility.  Ken has focused his practice primarily on the pharmaceutical industry since 1997.
