Kenneth A. Keefer has been President of Keefer Consulting since its inception in 1989.  He worked the prior ten years as IT developer and project leader for a Fortune 500 company and several consulting firms, including Arthur Young and Company, where he served as Project Manager.  He received an M.B.A. from Temple University in 1979.

 

Ken has helped major public companies and government agencies clarify business objectives for their information systems. He has developed strategic systems plans, business requirements, and business data models to develop consensus between managers and information systems implementers and improve project cost estimates.  His consulting engagements in recent years have focused on data administration to improve the quality and accessibility of business information in Oracle databases and data warehouses.
